This report was completed after the first full year of the COVID-19 pandemic. Facilities Management and Support Services (FMESS) stories largely focused on COVID-19 measures, but we also wanted to shift the focus with welcome distractions such as a feature on the history of Victoria Hospital, and a stunning cover image featuring the artwork of a local Indigenous artist as a mural for the new Indigenous Healing Centre.
