I was asked to take photos of an awards night at the Leaside Sports Hall of Fame in Toronto. It was a challenge to shoot in low light, so I opted to use my “faster” prime lenses. I took candid photos during the cocktail hour, and formal group shots of the award winners, speakers, and other local celebrities and politicians who attended the event. There was also a junior hockey game in progress, giving me an opportunity for some fast action photography.
